Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your tutoring session. All tutoring session purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a session is booked, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, schedule changes, missed appointments, or unused sessions. Rescheduling: I understand that schedules change and unexpected situations arise. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Payments for eligible rescheduled sessions will be transferred to the new appointment time. Requests to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session and payment. Late Arrivals: Students arriving late are welcome to use the remaining portion of their scheduled appointment; however, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee will apply. If I need to cancel a session, the payment will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon future appointment. Agreement: By completing a booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable and that you have reviewed and accepted this booking and cancellation policy.
